The aromatic flavor of Balsamic vinegar is the dominant note in this blend of freshly ground yellow and brown mustard seed. Great stuffed under the skin of a whole chicken before roasting or in vinaigrette salad dressings . This mustard is smooth and full bodied with a kick of spice and a kiss of honey.  This is a RAW mustard, however, this traditionally made condiment does not need to be refrigerated after opening and will not expire with age, only mellow. 
Ingredients:  fresh ground whole certified organic mustard seed, filtered water, aged balsamic vinegar, local raw honey, sea salt, garlic, organic black pepper
125mg sodium and 7g sugar in 1 Tablespoon serving.
