Whole kernel corn from  Hickory King corn crop of 2023.  This is dry corn shelled from the cob.  Can be used to make your own hominy, cornmeal, grits, tamales and moon shine.  This heirloom variety is know for its great taste and higher sugar and protein content.  Half flint and half dent corn, this kernel is very large.  It is also one of the hardest to grind.  Packed in 2 pound package.
Our corn is grown without any chemicals, on rotated fields using natural fertilizers.
