This jam is simply summer in a jar.  Made with ripe organic Colorado peaches and organic sugar, my daughter thinks this jam is perfect.  From just a spoonful out of the jar to topping on a delicious cheese, this jam tastes like summertime.  Made with 60/40 fruit/sugar ratio, so it is a low sugar soft set jam, that still carries the floral overtones of the peach blossom itself.  
Only 6g sugar per 1 Tablespoon serving.

Unopened jars will last at least two years on the shelf. An opened jar will last 6-8 weeks in the refrigerator.
