Pickled Asparagus is made from locally grown, chemical free asparagus and is packed in the jar with a brine made of white balsamic vinegar, spring water and sea salt, with added garlic, dill, peppercorns and a chili pepper. The crunchy tart/sweet asparagus is a crowd pleaser that is great right out of the jar or served with anti pasta, tuna, bloody mary's or any relish tray.
