We use ripe thorn-less (tame) blackberries in this delicious jam. We hand operate a food mill to remove the seeds from the berries. To the pulp, we add organic cane sugar and cook just until it gels. Intense blackberry flavor and color.  All our jams are 60/40 fruit/sugar and are Low Sugar and soft set, as we do not add pectin.  We only use 2 ingredients, blackberries and organic sugar.  Smooth and very blackberry, a little goes a long way.  
Only 7g sugar per 1 Tablespoon serving.

Woman owned, family operated. Our jams are hand poured and labeled with the date it was put in the jar, not the date it expires.
Unopened jars will last at least two years on the shelf. An opened jar will last 6-8 weeks in the refrigerator.
