Tastes like strawberry rhubarb pie! We make this jam from our own unsprayed rhubarb and locally grown ripe unsprayed strawberries and organic sugar. There is more rhubarb than strawberries in this blend, so that the tart rhubarb is a bit more dominant than the strawberry. A favorite of strawberry and rhubarb lovers. Try it on baked brie for a special twist!

Unopened jars will last at least two years on the shelf. An opened jar will last 6-8 weeks in the refrigerator.
