Balsamic Mustard

The aromatic flavor of aged balsamic vinegar is the dominant note in our raw, homemade coarse-grain Balsamic Mustard, blended with freshly ground yellow and brown mustard seeds. This mustard is smooth and full-bodied with a kick of spice and a kiss of honey. Perfect in vinaigrette salad dressings or stuffed under the skin of a whole chicken before roasting. This is a raw mustard, however, this traditional condiment does not need to be refrigerated after opening and will not expire with age — only mellow.
