Our Rhubarb Blackberry Jam is our newest jam recipe and an instant classic! In this jam, light and sparkling in flavor, I have married two very classic jams... and reduced the sugar! The result? Pure, guilt-free, heaven. Tastes like pie, made with 1/4 the sugar. Not as robust as the traditional Blackberry Jam, and not as acidic as the classic Rhubarb Marmalade, but a beautiful balance creating a fluffy, smooth texture and an unexpected zip that is so buttery smooth you'll put a little extra on your toast, and not think twice about it. Made simply with our own farm-grown unsprayed rhubarb, blackberries, and sugar… right here on our farm. It has been a hit with my family and I'm sure it will be with yours, too.

This is a #1 Extra Fancy grade 60% fruit/40% sugar jam — the highest quality. As usual, no pectin, citric acid, or anything else is added. Like many of our berry-based jams, we use the whole berry and organic sugar, so expect there to be some seeds.

Made with Rhubarb, Wild Blackberries, and Organic Cane Sugar.

Contains only 4g of sugar per 1 Tablespoon serving.

Hand-poured in 9.6 ounce glass jars, and labeled with the date it was put in the jar, not the date it expires. Unopened jars will last at least two years on the shelf. An opened jar will last 6-8 weeks in the refrigerator.
