Our Rhubarb Marmalade is from an old fashioned recipe from a 200 year-old cookbook, and is loved by even those that don't think they like rhubarb. Made from our own farm-grown unsprayed rhubarb, organic orange peel, organic sugar and organic orange juice, our rhubarb marmalade is a breath of spring air. Rhubarb and orange are a classic pairing — you will love this combo!
Great paired with all kinds of cheese, or on toast, English muffins, crumpets. Use it as a marinade, coating for pork and chicken, and more.
Made with Rhubarb, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Cane Sugar, and Organic Orange Juice.
Contains only 6g of sugar per 1 Tablespoon serving.
Hand-poured in 9.6 ounce glass jars, and labeled with the date it was put in the jar, not the date it expires. Unopened jars will last at least two years on the shelf. An opened jar will last 6-8 weeks in the refrigerator.
