Our raw, homemade Sweet & Savory Mustard is a more savory than sweet, with pure local sorghum to sweeten this punchy coarsely ground yellow and brown mustard seed combination. Red wine vinegar brightens this crowd favorite, and makes for an especially delicious coating for brisket. This is a raw mustard, however, this traditional condiment does not need to be refrigerated after opening and will not expire with age — only mellow.
